What happens in the 90 seconds after a caller dials your number.
Caller dials your firm number
The call arrives on a Twilio number dedicated to your firm. If you forward your existing line, it rings here first. Zyrama picks up within two rings, 24 hours a day.
Language detection & greeting
The agent says hello in both English and Spanish and listens. If the caller responds in Spanish, the entire call continues in Spanish. English callers get an English-only flow. You don't configure anything — the agent decides in real time.
UPL-safe intake script runs
Using a script written and reviewed by an immigration attorney, the agent collects: name, contact number, case type, country of origin, urgency, prior counsel, and any hard deadlines. Every response is transcribed live.
Escalation rules execute
If the caller mentions a keyword you flagged (court date, ICE, arrest, etc.), the call escalates according to your rule: warm-transfer to a paralegal, SMS alert to the attorney on call, or voicemail with a same-day callback guarantee.
Consultation booked (if qualified)
Qualified callers get a consultation booked directly to your Google Calendar (or Outlook, Q3 2026) using buffer rules you set. The caller receives an SMS confirmation.

The full transcript, recording, and intake summary land in Docketwise (or your inbox). Every Monday morning you receive a weekly report: call volume, intake completion rate, escalations, booked consultations.
